 Offshore fishing Sabine Pass, TX
We are now booking Airboat adventures in the Sabine/Neches Delta

Whats Provided

We provide all fishing gear, ice & bait.  The HAPPYHOOKER is outfitted with the following:

·       Top of the line Shimano and Penn gear

·       An assortment of light & heavy, conventional & spinning tackle

·       A huge assortment of trolling and jigging lures

·       Bottom fishing rigs

Scuba trip customers should bring their own gear.  If needed, equipment rental may be arranged by special request.

You are more than welcome to bring tackle of your own. But please let the Captain know in advance.  We will provide fish cleaning services, if requested at no charge.  This means filleting the meat from the backbone.  We do not remove the skin (the meat will freeze better this way).

What to bring & helpful tips

A few details and reminders: You will need a valid Texas Fishing License (Online License) or 800-895-4248.  Everyone will need to be at the dock (Sabine Pass Yacht Basin) (5960 S.1st AVE, 77655) at 0500.   Please wear non marking soled shoes!  (Crocs are great boat shoes)  If rain is in the forecast bring foul weather gear.  A wind breaker is recommended for the morning run out.  Bring plenty of sun block.  Everyone will need to bring their own lunch and beverages (lots of water).  Catering can be arranged with advance notice.  I recommend keeping it simple; it's very hard to build a loaded sandwich in 3' seas. Speaking of seas, I recommend ginger pills for motion sickness.  It seems to work better than all other remedies including prescriptions!  Besides, Myth Busters has proven it!  Alcohol is OK, just be responsible. No illegal drugs, this will terminate trip on the spot with no refund.  If you wish for us to clean your days catch, bring a box of gallon size freezer bags for the fillets.

***The deck hand is not paid by the Captain and relies on tips.  If You are happy with the level of service 20% is customary***  Feel free to call with any questions or concerns.  (409)454-1794
